The Dutch university information guide Keuzegids Universiteiten lists Radboud University as the best general university 2013 and the best of all the traditional general universities in the area of Master’s programmes.
Over the last few years, Radboud University has focused on intensifying its education and on increasing study success rates. As a result, the success rate in the Bachelor’s phase has increased to 76.5 per cent (measured in 2012).
Student satisfaction scores an average of at least 7.5 (measured in 2012).

Faculty of Science
The graduate output of the Faculty of Science is above average. Students at the faculty opt for a broadly-based Bachelor programme. The first year focuses on the basic areas of their studies, such that students become acquainted with the subject as a whole. Science training in Nijmegen is divided into clusters of related studies between the different departments: Bio-Sciences, Molecular Sciences, Information Sciences, Physics, Astronomy, and Mathematics. Students start to specialize during their Master’s training.
