To develop a farm for the culture of 60-100ton of sturgeon fish mass for the production of 6-10ton of Caviar yearly, we are looking for a strong partner(s) with 3 to 6 million Euro to invest. We have the required know-how and intellectual property to design, build and run the whole system including hatchery, farming, harvesting and processing. We run a pilot project with 4ton of sturgeons and developed the required technology. The mechanical filtering, biofiltration, hydraulic, chemical and byological and thermal stability techniques are result of interdisciplinary research, mathematical model, and practical experiment during the pilot project. The location of the farm is in Southeastern Romania in the natural habitat area of the most valuable sturgeon species. This location is unique and ideal for sturgeon farming.
