Location and Venue
The EU Water Innovation Conference 2019 is scheduled for Thursday, December 12 2019. The conference will take place in the Palacio de Congresos de Zaragoza, Spain, and will start at 10:00 am.
Organisers expect 700 participants or more; so please ensure early arrival at the venue to allow ample time for registration. Registration will be open from 9:00 to 10:00. Coffee will be provided.
IMPORTANT: We are pleased to offer participants the opportunity to arrange side events on December 11 and 13, please consider this while booking your travel to Zaragoza.

How to get there suggestions by the venue.
In general: You can fly to Zaragoza directly or alternatively fly to Madrid or Barcelona and take a high-speed (AVE) train to Zaragoza. The train station Zaragoza-Delicias is around 15 minutes away from the venue.
We recommend that participants arrive the day before the conference, as the transfer from Barcelona or Madrid airport to the conference venue takes around 2 ½ hours. Exact train schedules can be found here: http://www.renfe.com/EN/viajeros/index.html
Participants are responsible for their own accommodation bookings and payments.

We have blocked some rooms for your convenience by November 15. The room price is 90,00€ per night incl. breakfast and taxes. Please contact the hotel directly (see link above) and mention that you are participating in the EUWIC 2019.
Distance to conference venue: 2 minutes on foot
Of course there are many more hotels in the city centre and next to the train station Zaragoza-Delicias.
Participation in the EU Water Innovation Conference 2019 on December 12, 2019 is free of charge; however, participants must register in advance. Please note that we do not reimburse any expenses for travel or accommodation.
